Corrections and updates
Email editor@harvardpolishsociety.org. Send the page URL, the text or score that looks wrong, and a source for the fix. We review fixes within two business days.
If a scoring point is in dispute and cannot be resolved by a fix, we add a note to the report. We do not alter scores after publication.
Vendor right of reply
Each vendor gets a draft review before publication. They have 72 hours to flag factual errors. After publication, a vendor whose product has changed may ask for a re-score. We use the same email above.
Each request is judged against the published rubric. We accept it, accept it with notes, or reject it with a stated reason. The methodology page spells out the steps.
Methodology and replication
If you want to replicate the tests in this report, the test campaign setup, landing pages, and per-platform setup logs are available on request. Email the editor with the page URL and the question.
Press and partnerships
For press, email press@harvardpolishsociety.org. The author accepts talks on benchmark methodology on a case-by-case basis.
No contact form by design. Email is the fastest path. It also leaves an audit trail for fixes and right-of-reply notes.
